…able to link the ionMy system to the existing payroll provider to ensure that all new starter and terminated employees are automatically updated on the ionMy system, thus ensuring any outstanding reminders to manager’s are based on up to date information. The ability to interface with other vendors is very useful in eliminating duplication of data entry.
In my experience, ionMy is one of the best software vendors I have dealt with. They are proactive, innovative and responsive to suggestions that could improve the product.
The ability to instantly change data fields, and therefore information, is enormously powerful for an organisation and one not readily available in the market. Most software vendors charge for any changes made to the system however iionMy encourages organisations to take ownership for managing the ongoing changes.
